Chick Master Setters

Chick Master Buckeye Series Setters are designed for bio-security with all components accessible for easy cleaning.

Chick Master lightweight bolt together trolleys are built with aluminium for easy manoeuvrability and strength. Farm to hatchery and Farm to Setter trolley options are also available saving labour and reducing egg handling to a minimum

Chick Master offers a wide range of tray options to suit the preferences of today's poultry industry. All trays have been designed to work with modern hatchery automation and vaccination systems.

Chick Master Avida Series are designed for bio-security. Many Internal fixtures and fittings are made of stainless steel to reduce the areas where bacteria can breed.

Chick Master bolt-together trolleys are built with aluminium for durability and maneuverability. A "push-through" Farm to Hacthery trolley option is available to facilitate egg transport and handling.

Chick Master offers a wide range of egg tray options to suit the needs of today's Poultry industry. These trays are designed to work with hatchery automation and vaccination systems.

Smith series are a unique combination of years of tested service in the field and improvements made possible by the experience of Chick Master. Since the dimensions of these setters and hatchers are nearly identical to those supplied by various other incubation system suppliers, the Smith series is a new and exciting alternative to those hatcheries looking to expand or replace equipment that is not performing to acceptable standards.

Chick Master Hatchers

The SH128 is compatible withe S768 and S384 Smith series Setters. It features the same rugged, corrosion resistant construction and advanced control features as the Smith Setters. Because of the direct lateral airflow into the baskets the SH128 is compatible with other dollies and baskets of the other brands as well, without the need of rubber strip, deflectors, barriers or air stops.

The SH112 has been designed to hatch eggs from the S112 single-stage "Grandparent" Setter. It has been built using only materials and components that maximize operational efficieny.

Chick Master and Buckeye Hatchers are designed for bio-security. All internal walls and many internal fittings are made of stainless steel to reduce the area where bacteria can breed.

This wide range of Hatchers are completely compatible with all Chick Master Avida and Buckeye Series Setters and some Classic Series Setters models. They can have all the benefits of this superb hatcher regardless of the setting system that your hatchery employs.
